Heroes Sports League's Mission

The Heroes program is designed to provide special needs persons with athletic opportunities hosted by caring, experienced coaches and volunteers who understand the special needs community. The organization will further endeavor to provide scholarships to those athletes who need them to participate in the program; purchase adaptive equipment and supplies such that the special needs athletes may participate in the program; sustain the Heroes program through active fundraising endeavors; and work with other Heroes programs in the area and with recreation departments to facilitate opportunities for the program participants.
